Located in Historic Germantown, Tipsy Café & Catering is a purveyor of fine Contempary Food from the esteemed Chef Anh Vongbandith.

Tipsy Café & Catering was created to share contemporary style foods in the Philadelphia area. Flavors are a mixture from Chef Anh’s background and travels. We strive on creating fresh, healthy, and affordable foods. Almost all of our sauces, marinades and spices are created in-house. All burgers, wings, etc are always fresh and never frozen.

Tipsy Café was a take out restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with a large emphasis on catering pick-up and delivery. But now that we opened Das Good Cafe, all service are transfered there with full service dining. This location will only serve catering orders, bulk orders for meal preps and private school lunch contracts. We also participate with off-site catering and events upon requests.

We opened a full service Asian-Hawaiian restaurant in Germantown on 322 W Chelten Ave Philadelphia, just 5 minutes away. It opens 7 days a week for brunch from 9am to 3pm and serves lunch/dinner from 3pm-8pm Monday to Saturday.
